The Halley Academy Careers Fair

The Halley Academy’s Careers Fair took place on 25th March and was a busy and very successful event. As well as representatives from local universities and those offering apprenticeships, there was a wide range of companies offering information and advice on potential career paths.

The Tallow Chandlers’ Company had representatives from Law, Medicine, Insurance, the Armed Forces, Property Management, Computing, Finance and Engineering. A huge thank you to our Company members and their colleagues for engaging in the event. It is hugely appreciated and we have received positive feedback from the school and pupils, many of whom have commented on how inspiring and informative their discussions were.
