The Tallow Chandlers’ Company updated its data protection policy to reflect changes to UK data protection legislation which came into effect on 25th May 2018. A copy of the policy can be found below.
The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) amended existing data protection law in the UK and grants individuals more rights over how their personal data is used, stored and managed. This includes the right to be forgotten.
The Tallow Chandlers’ Company is committed to acquiring, storing and managing the personal data in accordance with GDPR and are happy to answer any enquiries about our data protection policy and the ways we use personal data at the Hall.
